Privacy and your enquiry
This notice covers the Optimising Technologies public website. The NOMOS prototype and external booking services have their own notices and terms.
Who to contact
Optimising Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15989093, is responsible for enquiries received by the business. Our registered office is Unit 3 Vista Place, Coy Pond Business Park, Ingworth Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 1JY.
For questions about your personal information, email info@optech-robotics.com.
What happens on this website
When you press “Send enquiry”, your name, email address, optional company and interest, and message are sent to HubSpot for Optimising Technologies. HubSpot records the enquiry in our CRM and sends Mark Marney a submission notification. You do not need to open an email app. We show confirmation only after the form service accepts the submission.
If you send an enquiry, it may include your name, company, email address and the deployment details you choose to share. Please avoid confidential technical information or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
How enquiries are used
We use information you send to respond, arrange discussions and manage relevant business relationships. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a possible contract. An enquiry is not a request to join a marketing mailing list.
We use HubSpot to collect and manage enquiries, and our email provider to receive notifications and reply. These providers process information on our behalf. HubSpot may process technical information, including your IP address, to deliver the service and protect against abuse. For its service practices, see HubSpot’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We retain enquiry information while it is needed for the discussion and relevant business records, then review whether it is still needed.
External links and website resources
- The booking link opens Calendly. Information you provide there is handled through that service under its privacy notice.
- NOMOS opens on a separate demo website. Review its notices before entering information.
- This website is hosted through GitHub Pages. The hosting provider receives technical information, such as your IP address, when serving pages.
- The Manrope font is requested from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve its stylesheet and font files.
The enquiry form does not load HubSpot tracking scripts or write your details to browser storage. It sends your enquiry to HubSpot when you submit, together with the website page address. We do not use it to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to raise an objection or ask us to restrict its use. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).
We will update this notice when the website’s data handling changes.
